Exit the world of “diary”ineering and enter the world of “blog”gineering.
I have been thinking about having my blog page for a long time but never actually processed it, but now that I have all the time of the world, my fingers just itch to start typing ( whenever I open my lappy), to actually give my thoughts some words.
The world of blogging can be a bit intimidating for sometime, cause when you actually manage to put up your page, you find you want to write about many things that’s been clogging up inside but when you actually open up the page you find your fingers ain’t moving. *That’s what happened to me..!!* So what do you do then? You end up staring at the wall infront of you, trying to put a stop on the thoughts that’s overflowing, take a deep breath, hum a tune of your favorite song, try to vacuum your mind. And, then you see the light at some corner of that highly functional brain of yours and at that moment, put your fingers on your keyword and they will move on their own free will. And then when you look into your screen you will find lines and lines of sentences. Oh, and I absolutely forgot to mention those green and red liners that appear in your word page, cause you have been chatting and texting for such a long time you actually forget that ‘U’ was originally “YOU”( !! and it still is!!). There you go correcting all the mistakes, rewriting them, checking all the i’s and e’s. take one more look before actually submitting cause once the deed is done you can never go back and correct those mistakes that you have made. You can only learn from them.
Some may wonder why I have given such an unoriginal title to my page. Its because everything in this world is indirectly or directly related to them. The world revolves round those 4 Ls. So why not me and my thoughts? To quote a very close friend of mine (I guess you call them BFFs), “Girl, you are one difficult person to understand. We can’t tell what you are thinking, what’s going on through that little mind of yours.” Some say I am unpredictable. Some say am charming. Some say I can get out of any situation cause I can make myself adapt to any situation. Some say am weird, some opt for downright crazy. Some people can’t just stand the sight of me but believe me I have found some people in this world who loves me, irrespective of whatever I am. That is what I am, its just being myself.
LIVE your life, LOVE those people who make up your little world, protect them even if it means loosing yourself, be with those people, create memories so that you can laze around later, think about them and LAUGH with them (or on your own), you are a human being, make your own mistakes, sit back later LEARN from them.
And no matter what happens with you, move on for yourself. At the end of the day, and its not called being selfish, just looking out for your own back…its YOU who matters the most.
